CSEND conducts action research and stakeholder surveys focusing on trade policy, social policy, international development, aid effectiveness and enterprise policies and practices. Quantitative and qualitative methods are utilised in order to achieve broad based and representative data and in-depth analysis. CSEND assists in the designing of the research methodology, the survey tools and the implementation. Research and survey results are used as the bases for policy advice, policy review and performance improvement.
