CSEND Celebrates Jubilee Year of Russian-Swiss RelationsLeaders of five of Russia’s most distinguished universities launched the Morozov Project in 1991 to provide business training programmes on a large scale throughout Russia. CSEND staff were part of the expert team which advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London on the design of a strategy to implement the Morozov project.
