Although there are overlap areas in the chapters, this serves to highlight common concerns and the need for harmonized actions. The main theoretical and philosophical contributions of this thought leadership compilation of individual ideas is focused on the evolving theoretical developments of PPP and their alignment with the 2030 SDG Agenda.
